So Ok then, now we know that James has departed for far off shores, and before an announcement is made on a replacement, who would fans like to see as a replacement? |

someone young, Jonny the Cat would have been ideal if it wan't for his move to St.Reatham where he's getting ice time for the redskins and not just their U19s _________________ Grant |

TO be honest I would like to see an under 19 brought in purely to act as back up to Ian, rather than job sharing. I think Ian has justified the #1 position over the last two seasons and we would be able to bring in some young blood for games like Lee Valley and Solent (amongst others).
Wasn't Sam Robinson a goalie or am I confusing him with someone else??
After all, Simon Smith made his first grade debut for the Bears at either 15 or 16.... |

Sam is good and young, but if he goes to the mos then the 16's have a problem as do the 19's. If we had an under 19, he should play for the 19's as they don't have one and poor Sam has to play for several levels, not that he can't as on Sunday he showed he has what it takes |

I agree we should have an Under 19 as back up goalie. Personally i think Ian has been the better goalie over the last 2 years and deserves to be our No.1. |

I know who's coming, and he's a very good, experienced, reasonably young netminder! _________________ I'm not THAT old! CALL HIS NAME!!! |

The way the press release reads I'm not surprised Tanner was having trouble getting a lift over from Quebec twice a week. _________________ Treat every post as if it's your last, because if they don't like what you say, it will be |

It's a real shame Tanner is going. Shame two that we the people he has helped entertain won't get a chance to give him a real good send off.
Qubecs gain is Invictas loss.
Good luck to you James Tanner, Say hello to Don for us all. |

Invicta's loss is Quebecs loss as well, Streatham have now officially announced that he has re-signed for them. Who wants to play in a French dominated area of Canada anyway. Sarf London is much better |

Tanner to Streatham via Quebec.
Does this mean we can now have Johnny the Cat, as he would be a brilliant back-up to Ian. |

Tanner to Streatham!
I am perfectly happy with Ian and still expect us to turn them over - home and away. |

St Pat is not retired - he's the GM of the Remparts de Québec in the QMJHL/LHMJQ.
Really disappointed in Tanner going to Streatham, but then he was always #2 behind Ian and you can't fault someone for making the step down in search of more playing time. _________________ Treat every post as if it's your last, because if they don't like what you say, it will be |

I hope that when the Redskins visit the ice bowl we all give Tanner a warm welcome and above all put loads past him when Invicta stuff the Redskins |
