Haringey
For winning the play offs south. Considering they lost to Oxford, Streatham and us in every game during the regular season it is a mammouth turn around in performance. Well done to all involved! Proves that the league is getting better, and with no sarcasm intended I hope they can translate this performance to the whole season campaign next year to make an even stronger push for the league title.
Peterborough
For reaching the Cup Final. Cardiff and Us may have made a small group but its one most people would have had us as favourites in, including me, with Cardiff second. Peterborough played well last year and really came on, and this year looked good for some success.
Again, its a good measure of how far the league has come on in the last year or two. Should we stay in ENL then it looks like there will be at least 5 or 6 teams really competing for the title.
Well done to all involved with those respective teams.

Yes, definitely... well done to Haringey and Peterborough... they have obviously worked very hard and improved dramatically, which is great for the league as a whole.
As Warren says, it we do stay in the ENL, then hopefully these Teams (and some dropping down from EPL?) can really build on this and make next Season ripe for some very competetive hockey. |

So, how many teams will be dropping down from EPL?
We know about Solihull, but they're going to be in the North so I'm not expecting to see much of them until this time next year (if at all).
What rumours are there of other defectors from EPL? |

No one confirmed as dropping down. Not even any rumours. Thanks for the congrats. It is my first year as Islanders manager and has been a STEEP learning curve. However we are trying to become more professional and the players we had combined with what we brought in made this team huge. They would not quit. We have lots of things happening in the close season which should see us more prepared at the start of the season. Had we got that this season Harringey would not have been in the play offs! Good luck to all and see you soon _________________ all or nothing |
