Tried to be clever and call the Odyssey Box Office at 0959 hrs and got what sounded like a residential answerphone message !!
Tried again at 1000 hrs and surprise surprise the number was engaged !!
Got my tickets through Ticketmaster.
Hotel and flight all booked up as well.
Can't believe that I and my Brother will be seeing the Bruins 3 times in 1 week !!
Anyone else going to Belfast ?
How popular do you think it will be ?

This may well be a BIG season for the Bruins, team is shaping up well and the game v Belfast will be competitive and a first chance to see the Bruins new #19

Big "Zeee" and the boys are now on UK soil. Might be only an exhibition game but the NHL is back and Belfast`s buzzing !!!

All things considered though, it`s a bit strange that the game doesn`t appear to be on British TV.

Carlos 72(Block 4), and Gooders 66(Cafe end/Bar) are going, and will be proudly displaying the Mos shirts at the game.

Game ended Belfast Select 1 - 5 Bruins. SOG something like 46 on Murphy to 21 on Rask (cant remember exactly)

However, with just a few minutes remaing in the second the Bruins were 0 - 1 down to the Giants.

Excellent game in goal by Brit nettie Murphy - he gave a display worthy of the big league. Murphy stopped some great one on one breakaways and then Murphy faced a penalty shot from Tyler Seguin. Seguin scored. Boston media very complimentary about Murphy.
This was Bostons strongest possible team and they were NOT coasting. A really competitive game with some good hits.

Belfast is a very nice city, plenty to do and see and the pubs are vibrant. I`ll be going back there. Shame the Bruins official fan parties stayed in Dublin hotels and not Belfast hotels, unlike the Bruins team who stayed in central Belfast.
