The Oxford coach claimed the referee (both) were biased against Oxford and he repeated that a few times and eventually got thrown. (It was a dumb claim to make!)

Overall a frustrating game - Mustangs did well at first, really eased off in the second and not enough left in the 3rd to salvage it. Pretty much same story for a few games this year.

I'd make a few observations about; too much puck play and not enough passing for one player, hissy fits without regard for his team for another, some taking time off and playing sub-par again!, others trying but a little lost and some putting in an effort that wasn't matched by most others on their team. The guys can work out who's who.........

Plus, yet again a special teams that had no idea what they were doing - I'd suggest even 2 basic plays on the PP and the PK would make a huge difference for the rest of the season.

These guys are a good bunch and deserve better if they would just make an effort to resolve these deficiencies??????
