Laughing You guys are losing it!!

Bring on the Eagles - hopefully we can put out a full strength squad, play full-contact, and knock their asses back to Europe!!

Previous scores don't mean a thing, we've scored 20-odd against Slough and Bracknell in the last couple a months.

P.S. - Get well soon, Tim " Chav" Bill of the Knights. Had his glass jaw and cheek bone shattered in a Karate Competition at Charlie Chalks Ball Pool. Should be back in time for the Tour de Vegas!! Cool

WRAP AROUND - you are spot on about non checking being more agro than checking, I would always play checking, our games normally depend on how the other team play, if they play hard we do!!!!

the Madness have got a few early-ice games coming up in July/August when the Knights have finished. They will be NON-CHECKING (for some reason you have to type that in capitals Very Happy )

Congrats to the Knights for their victory over P'Boro.

Are the stats, scores, etc anywhere to be found for the last 2 games against P'Boro?? I have checked the Knights website and they don't seem to be there.

Perhaps the Knights' stats are NON-CHECKING too - they are only there when you don't check them!!

Very enjoyable game yesterday. Good end-to-end play, some physical stuff, and it all built up to an exciting finish. I think this was the best Knights game I've seen for a couple of years.

Yeah, really good game to play in, they beat us 8-3 at there place with a couple of very good ringers, good, hard clean game yesterday, with the exception of the St reatham rec team who should really be playing ED1 that was our hardest pair of games this season.

The next home game against the army sounds interesting, pretty sure they wont back down from any checks!!!

Bring it on!!!

Hey wraparound, maybe you could say that to the likes of Stevie Yzerman, who now plays non-checking hockey for a Rec Team in the Detroit suburbs.

I'm sure he'd CHECK you all over the place! Wink

Checking hockey is all a matter of what people are able to do... and a fair majority of the players that play for the Madness woukld love to check... they love hockey as much (if not more) than you... so would love to be able to do it. Unfortunately, ability dictates otherwise.

As I have said on our Forum many a times, as soon as a player in the madness "feels" like he can 'step up' to a higher level, then they should train with the Knights... and there are a few ex Madness players that now turn out for the Knights.

Apart from that.... yawn.... Rolling Eyes .... as Grant said... if you don't like it, don't watch.
